CEAT MTV Chase the Monsoon Season 2 following huge digital success

After the phenomenal success of CEAT MTV ‘Chase the Monsoon’ in its 1st season, CEAT and MTV collaborated again to bring in the second season of ‘Chase the Monsoon’ which turned out to be a hit with the digital natives. CEAT MTV Chase the Monsoon, a social reality show featuring a 24 day biking road trip with 4 teams, each consisting of two members with limited budgets to explore India during the monsoons, will now go from online to on air as MTV is getting ready to showcase the second season of the show on the channel started Friday, 19th September2014 at 10 PM.

The show, a liberating experience is a journey from the driest to the wettest part in India (Kutch to Cherrapunji). The 4 teams follow specific themes- nature, heritage, culture and cuisine. The journey begins from the dry lands of Kutch with Rannvijay flagging the teams off from Rann of Kutch. They cross 8 states after Gujarat chasing the monsoon.

Keeping up with trends and innovation, the teams challenged each other to the challenge and even donated money for the cause from their very own social currency money. And to avoid wasting fresh water, the teams collected water from rivers, lakes and rains and performed the challenge at riverbeds to do good to the society.
