Citrix Appoints Parag Arora as Area Vice President for India Subcontinent

Citrix recently announced the appointment of Parag Arora as its Area Vice President for the India Subcontinent. Parag has been with Citrix for over two and a half years, where he was leading the company’s enterprise and public sector businesses. As part of his new role he will now be responsible for driving Citrix business with enterprise and field sales, consulting services, technical pre sales and the post sales functions across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Parag’s appointment reaffirms the commitment Citrix has to the India market where the company has been seeing an increased adoption of Citrix virtualization, mobility management, networking and cloud services solutions over the last few years and market optimism continues to remain substantial. Given the company’s alignment to what businesses need today and its ability to drive business transformation, Parag will focus on a sustained partner strategy aimed at helping customers become more productive while also driving mobile enablement of the enterprise.

“The India Subcontinent is amongst the fastest growing regions for Citrix globally and Parag has already been a key contributor to it in his earlier capacity. His knowledge of Citrix offerings, deep customer relationships and familiarity with the company culture, made him a natural choice to spearhead our India business,” said Rob Willis, VP, Asia Pacific for Citrix.
