COLLOQUY India to Host Two-Day Loyalty Marketing Workshop

Due to overwhelming demand and a successful prior workshop recently concluded in April 2012, COLLOQUY India, the knowledge arm of LoyaltyOne is back once again, with its second workshop on Loyalty Marketing titled, ‘COLLOQUY Advantage’. The two day workshop is scheduled for August 8-9, 2012 at The Orchid Hotel in Mumbai.
 
The COLLOQUY workshop would offer all marketing and CRM executives an opportunity to interact and learn from loyalty practitioners with extensive real-world experience in all facets of developing and managing loyalty programs
 
Commenting on the workshop, Kelly Hlavinka, Managing Partner, COLLOQUY said, “The nascent customer loyalty industry in India is poised to see explosive growth in the near future and If we can help Indian companies gain the knowledge about how to “do loyalty right", both businesses and Indian consumers will benefit greatly. The aim of the workshop is to provide the participants with skills, tools and techniques to develop efficient loyalty strategies. The COLLOQUY workshop faculty features Direxions Managing Director, Brian Almeida; Cartesian Lead Consultant Practice Head, Mala Raj and LoyaltyOne Associate Vice President Sol Zia who will have the participants questions answered on how to plan, launch, overhaul and evaluate customer loyalty marketing initiatives.
