Kaveree Bamzai joins India Today Group as Editor-at-Large

Kaveree Bamzai, who left India Today months back as an Editor, is now back with the group again. Bamzai is on board as Editor-at-Large at India Today Group and will be reporting to the Editor-in-Chief.

India Today Group has witnessed changes in the top level management from some time now. Few days back, Shekhar Gupta quit the India Today Group as the Vice Chairman of the group and Editor-in-Chief of news properties. He’ll now be the editorial advisor to India Today Group. It may also be recollected that, Prosenjit Datta joined India Today Group’s business magazine as its Editor in July this year.

Banzai will continue to oversee signature India Today magazine led events from an editorial perspective. She will be working on revamping these six supplements and their multiple editions. She will also plan the launch of new supplements. She will also be the Commissioning Editor for the Daily O WEBSITE and will be in charge of India Today supplements – Spice, Simply, Home, Woman, Aspire and BT’s – BT More.

Graduate from the Delhi School of Economics, she had earlier worked with The Indian Express and The Times of India and has also written two books on cinema – Bollywood Today and two monographs in a 10-part book set - Women in Indian Film (Zubaan).
