LG (India) – one of the major consumer durables, recently, roped in khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar aka Akki as a brand ambassador for its flat panel television.

Soon, Akshay will be seen promoting the new LED range from the LG stable on all National multi-mediums.
As per media reports, LG will go aggressive with its marketing campaigns and launch a series of products in the segment this year to push sales of its flat panel televisions.
On this development, Moon B Shin, MD, LG (India) said the current year will witness double-digit growth due to increasing penetration in flat-panel display segment. The company is targeting a 33 per cent market share in the category this year.
