Bausch & Lomb the leading lens making company has launched Crystalens HD in India. These new lenses can actually improve the vision after the cataract surgery.

The intraocular lens implanted in the eye after cataract surgery can focus on objects at all distances, whereas the standard cataract replacement lens does not focus on objects and leaves the patient depended on glasses.
The Crystalens HD is an accommodating IOL that can move within the eye so most patients have vision at all distances without glasses. As per the media reports the company claims that globally more than 2,00,000 patients have used Crystalens.
