CACI acquires Monitor Media

CACI – a data analytics company has acquired Monitor Media. Monitor Media is an agency that concentrates on online applications, e-commerce websites and e-mail marketing for corporate giants like Coca-Cola, Pizza Hut and Aviva.

Founders of the agency, Robert Simmons and Paul Trickey, are going to continue staying with the firm.

Established in 1995, Monitor Media’s bag of clients includes the likes of Toshiba, BAA, Royal Bank of Scotland, Wesleyan and Allianz. In a media report, CACI declared that the acquisition is beneficial for both the companies as Monitor Media fits well within the CACI structure and will enhance the operating spectrum of the firm.

The strategy behind CACI’s acquirement of Media Monitor is to offer the clients a multi-channel marketing solution that would span online and offline elements to being improved customer optimization, retention and profitability.

CACI – a UK based company – was founded in 1975 and generates £41.3 million in revenue.
