HMVL proposes for public issues to SEBI

Hindustan Media Ventures Limited (HMVL) is proposing public issue of its equity to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). For the same, HMVL has also draft a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), keeping in mind the market conditions and other considerations.

The DRPH is available on the website of SEBI at www.sebi.gov.in and the websites of the Book Running Lead Managers at www.edelcap.com and www.kmcc.co.in.
HMVL also said that investors should note that investment in equity shares involves a high degree of risk and are requested to refer to the section titled ‘Risk Factors’ of the DRPH for details of the same.
