Red FM celebrates Makar Sankranti with ‘Pench’

Makar Sankranti, a very auspicious festival for Maharashtrians, is celebrated with great fanfare across the state and so did red FM. Red FM, celebrated Makar Sankranti with all its RJ’s and listeners, at a suburban club in Mumbai.

RED FM Makar Sankriti Celebration with RJs Red FM gave its listener an opportunity to participate and for this they had to send an SMS, to be invited to participate in a kite flying competition, with RJ’s Malishka, Tarun, Nyssha, Rohini, Mantra and Neil.

More than 50 listeners were invited to join in the celebration and fly kites with their favorite RJ’s. Four teams were led by RJ’s Malishka, Mantra, Rohini and Neil. Professional kite flyers were also present to prepare them for the ultimate kite duel also known as ‘pench’.

RED FM Makar Sankriti Celebration with RJs with listners After a rigorous competition between the teams; the competition came to a draw between RJ Malishka’s and RJ Mantra’s teams.

All listeners were gifted fabulous Red FM goodie bags and traditional til gud ladoos at the end of fabulous kite flying competition.
