Ashok Kaur will be a non-executive director in independent category, Purie Rinchet has been appointed as a whole-time director in promoter category.
Kapur is the Group Chairman of Krishna Maruti and SKH Groups of Companies and has rich and diversified experience of more than 40 years in the industry.
Purie Rinchet is the daughter of Aroon Purie, Chairman and Managing Director, TV Today. She has varied and rich experience in print, film, electronic media, etc.
