Star One launches chat show ‘Hot Seat’

Star One UK, which use to be heavy on sourcing content from India, has launched its own locally produced chat show featuring the celebrities of the British Asian music industry.

The show, titled Hot Seat, will be the first locally produced content on the channel.

Hot Seat will be hosted by London’s popular DJ and RJ Mr Kay of radio station Buzz Asia and coming as guests will be musicians, singers and producers.

Some of the guests who will be coming on the show are the Sona Family, Rishi Rich, Navin Kundra and Mumzy Stranger.

Hot Seat will be aired every Sunday at 7 pm, on Sky channel 783.

Star One, which is available on Sky’s platform as part of their ‘Style & Culture’ pack, presents a mix of programming that appeals to urban, upwardly mobile audiences.
