Mindshare names Sudesh Puthran as MD, Philippines

Mindshare APAC, the global media agency network part of WPP has appointed Sudesh Puthran as Managing Director, Mindshare Philippines effective June 15th.

Currently Chief Client Officer for Mindshare Indonesia, Sudesh will succeed Sunitha Gopalakrishnan, who has decided to move on after a successful tenure of over five years.

Sudesh is a seasoned Mindshare Talent having worked in the network for close to a decade. He brings a wealth of experience in translating strategy in successful execution, having had a rich and diverse career of over 16 years across India, Middle East, & South East Asia and with brands like Unilever, L’oreal, & Coca Cola.
He will report into Himanshu Shekhar - CEO Mindshare ASEAN, and Puneet Arora , GroupM CEO Philippines.

Also joining Mindshare Philippines is Abhishek Gupta, who takes up the position of Managing Director –Team Unilever.

Abhishek has been pivotal to the Unilever regional work for many years.  With over 12 years of experience in media and having worked extensively across the region, Abhishek brings strong strategic thinking and creative solutions and is highly regarded by the client throughout the region. Abhishek will report into Sudesh Puthran.
