SAB TV launches 'Family Antakshari #Baithe Baithe Kya Kare'

SAB TV, is geared up to launch a special Antakshari show that shall involve the entire family, right from the youngest member to the grandparents in a fun-filled melodic musical game show. The TV series aptly named ‘Family Antakshari #Baithe Baithe Kya Kare’ shall position itself specifically among its viewers as Antakshari is one of India’s most popular family activities at social gatherings.

The show by Gajendra Singh from SaaiBaba Productions, is an unique offering for audiences with a refreshing flavor. Industry veteran – Annu Kapoor shall be seated on the prestigious position of Shri Antakshari for this lyrical TV series and shall be hosted by the talented Mantra and multi-faceted Sugandha Mishra. This distinct non-fiction TV show shall be aired on Saturday and Sunday at 8-9 pm starting from 27th September 2014. The game show shall involve multiple interactive rounds with the contestants that shall engage them and the audience simultaneously. It shall include many contending rounds that have never been seen on Indian television before.

Family Antakshari shall comprise of multiple unique rounds for the contesting families such as karaoke round wherein the participant will be shown songs with missing words and they would need to sing the complete version. Another such interesting round involves anchors to enact a famous scene/dance step from a movie and the participants need to guess and sing any song from that particular movie. A competition is not over without a fast-paced buzzer round where participants need to identify the tune and sing the correct song. To top it all is ‘AnnuJi Ki Googly’, a special round wherein the judge will field different questions and clues about Hindi movies and songs to the participating families and they will have to identify the same and sing the correct song to win points.
