Speaking on the launch of the two HD channels, Kevin Vaz, General Manager, Star Jalsha and Jalsha Movies, said, “We have always strived to better the experience of our viewers and we truly believe that the launch of the HD channel is the logical step forward in that direction.” He further added, “Now viewers will be able to view their favourite shows and movies in richer colors, with greater clarity making images sharper. With not one, but two HD channel launches in one day we have again redefined the television viewing experience in Bengal.”
