Trending Now: Partha Sinha & Prasoon Joshi to work together again

The last week or so has seen a number of people movements. Latest big news has come in form of Partha Sinha, Joint Managing Director, Publicis joining Prasoon Joshi led McCann Worldgroup as its new Vice Chairman and MD. Govind Pandey COO, McCann India is meanwhile moving on to pursue opportunities outside McCann.

Partha Sinha and Prasoon Joshi Chairman McCann Asia Pacific and CEO McCann Worldgroup India would be working together for a second time. Their earlier stint together was when Prasoon was the Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy & Mather. Partha was the VP, Strategy Planning there at that point in time.

With two stalwarts coming together - McCann becomes an agency to watch out for! As Prasoon stated in an official communique released later in the day, ““I am delighted to have Partha Sinha join the Company.  I have always respected's Partha's ideas and beliefs about our business and have immense value for the connection we share. Partha comes with a rich experience. Before Publicis, he was Managing Partner at BBH.  In his earlier stints he has worked Citibank, Ogilvy & Mather India and Zee Telefilms.

Partha believes that ‘strategy is beyond filling a few boxes and marking a few arrows’, and stresses on the need of ‘clarity of vision in today’s time of information overload and multiple choices’.
