Zee stars shake a leg as Pavitra Rishta bids adieu

After keeping the audiences glued to the tube for over five years, Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta, one of Indian television’s most widely followed primetime dramas finally bids adieu to its ardent viewers on October, 25th. The show not only brought alive the hopes and aspirations of the great Indian middle class residing in Mumbai’s suburban chawls but introduced Indian viewers to three generations of star-crossed lovers whose tales of romance touched the lives of countless fans in India – Manav-Archana, Arjun-Purvi and Ankita-Naren became every television viewer’s much adored dinner table companions.   

Most recently, the relationship of Ankita and Naren has seen lot of ups and downs and now finally it is time for them to tie the knot. Bringing together a slew of television artists to perform at the gala maha episode that will mark the end of Pavitra Rishta’s journey, the makers of the show have planned a great Diwali bonanza for the viewers. Performing at their wedding celebrations will be a plethora of television stars, who will set the stage on fire with their dance moves. 

Joining hands with Asha Negi  - his lady love in reel as well as reel life, actor Rithvick Dhanjani will be seen shaking a leg to romantic numbers like Chaand Chhupa Baadal Mein and Ram Chahe Leela. Adding to the fun, Mishkat Verma and Kaanchi Singh aka Raj and Avni of Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya will be seen dancing to fun numbers like  Band Baaja Baraat and London Thumakda. Setting the mood for romance, Mohit Malik and Neha Marda aka Samrat and Urmi from Doli Armaanon Ki will be seen dancing to the tunes of Gandi Baat, Tune Maari Entriyaan and Kick. Joining in the celebrations are Aditya Redij and Shweta Munshi aka Mahesh and Prabha of Bandhan, who perform to some evergreen songs like Dilbar Mere Kab tak Mujhe and Abh Chahe Maa Roothe Ya Baba. Dancing along with these Telly stars were the Dance India Dance stars Sanam and Moheena, who grooved to some racy numbers like Lovely, Tu Meri and Bang Bang. With an array of stars performing at their wedding, how can Ankita and Naren stay away for long from the dance floor? Joining in the fun, the couple will be seen dancing on the romantic number Suno na Sange Mar Mar.

The viewers have showered abundant love on each cast member of the show and enjoyed  thoroughly, now hoping this Diwali they sit back and enjoy the final act from their favourite stars as well.
