20:20 MSL is all set to build Hay Group a leading brand in India!

20:20 MSL India, part of MSLGROUP, Publicis Groupe's flagship specialty communications, PR and events network and the largest PR and social media network in India is been appointed by Hay Group as their strategic communications partner in India. 20:20 MSL will work with Hay Group to build brand awareness and manage its reputation as a global management consulting firm that works with business leaders to develop talent, organize people to be more effective and motivate them to perform at their best.

Adgully spoke to Amrit Ahuja, Vice President, Delhi and National Accounts, 20:20 MSL to know more about the partnership.

Elaborating on the partnership, Ahuja said, "Partnership would be focusing on three things; one is public relations which is our strategy to build up the brand in India trough media relations, second would be social media which is again a very important component and the third thing is to provide business benefits to Hay to get new brands in India."

When asked about the pitch on the basis of which they won the account, she said, "We basically won the account on the basis of our expertise of having worked with other consulting companies in the past."

She says, "They briefed us with the point that they want to build their brand in India, then about their target audience and so on but after that it was our duty to build up what they wanted."

Sharing the plan in the way forward, Ahuja said, "The plan is to establish good dealership with HR subscribing firm for Hay Group to develop as a HR firm. Second is to educate people about the different kind of works that Hay Group does as when people hear HR they just understand people management or compensation management but Hay group does everything into it whether it's managing their employees or to grow up a family business or to help in becoming better leaders or may be to attain a business goal etc."

Further elaborating her point she said, "We would also leverage a lot of research on the industry so as to understand how clients would work and partner with Hay Group and also they are coming up with several books on HR and issues which they would launch in coming weeks and so we would create a lot of awareness about that."

Ahuja conclusively said, "Hay group has a property called 'Fortune Most Admired Company' and that is something they are bringing in India now and this is the first time they will be doing something like this in India which would build the credibility and get them good business in India."

20:20 MSL's seven offices across India will work with Hay Group on a nationwide mandate, spearheaded by 20:20 MSL's National Capital Region (NCR) Office in New Delhi. The agency has been tasked with drawing on its integrated communications expertise to creatively engage audiences that includes CEOs and CXOs of Indian industry, across traditional as well as social media platforms.
