50 % stake in General aeronautics to be bought by Adani enterprises

A definitive agreement has been signed by Adani enterprises in order to acquire 50% stake in General Aeronautics Limited. General Aeronautics Limited is a company based out of Bengaluru, providing drone-based solutions and robotic drones for the protection of crops. The financial details of the agreement was not disclosed by the company. The deal will close by July 31,2022.
