94.3 MY FM emerges as the market leader in Jaipur: ORMAX and RAM

RAM (Radio Audience Measurement), the most credible radio survey, has recently declared 94.3 MY FM as Jaipur's No.1 radio station. First Ormax and now RAM, both these research findings show that 94.3 MY FM is heading the pack amongst all the FM channels in the city.

TAM Media is a joint venture between Nielsen Media Research & IMRB International. RAM, launched by TAM Media Research in 2007 for the radio industry, was present in four metros and has expanded its footprint this year across nine additional cities. IRS (Indian Readership Survey) is a survey that estimates newspaper readership based on a sample survey, whereas RAM is a dedicated survey for measuring radio listenership & covers a sample of 551 people in Jaipur. IRS has a good sample size for print, but as far as radio is concerned, sample size is reduced to approximately 84 respondents over two months. RAM is a recognized measurement currency for radio measurement and recent RAM results how that MY FM is the No.1 FM channel in Jaipur in terms of listenership share. The fieldwork for this research was done in Jaipur between 3rd July and 27th August 2011.
