94.3 Radio One's GOLDEN "pooling' concept

There has never been nor will be a more trusted and golden interactive medium than the good old radio ” a timeless gift by Marconi to the world of listeners. The first electronic medium of mass entertainment, radio has emerged to be more of an emotional and imaginative attachment as the ages go by ” the emotional quotient unparalleled by any other medium. And when such a medium turns to be do-gooder for the masses, isn't that enough golden news by itself?

To be standing tall and alone in the winner's gallery and that too for the topmost honour, a Gold, is the rarest of rare honour ” and assuredly, many would have given all to trade places with 93.4 Radio One, who stood tall with its golden award that night at the PRCI Corporate Collateral Awards 2010 at a glittering ceremony held at the Indian Habitat Centre in New Delhi recently.

With its best public service campaign, 94.3 Radio One's "Let's Pool' it not only unleashed the power of its medium, but also how creativity can be put to greater good in its efforts for the betterment of the society and its inhabitants and was a clear winner among the medley of big names for the golden crown of glory at the PRCI Corporate Collateral Awards 2010.
