Aarti Chhabria wins Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 4

After all the drama, controversies & torchaar, season four of Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi on COLORS comes to an end, and from the looks of it, it ended with the same spunk that it began. Sultry actress Aarti Chhabria beat all of her fellow contestants and walked away with the title of the winner after defeating the runners up Mauli Dave and Dheeraj Amonkar at the grand finale. Apart from Aarti, model Diandra Soares, Mauli Dave and Dina Singh made it to the top four. There is absolutely no doubt that this season of COLORS Khatron Ke Khiladi Torchaar was filled with extreme action, stunts and adrenaline. The Haseena’s and Khiladi’s physical and mental temperaments were tested to the every limit to the extend where they had to even be-friend the wild animals of South Africa.

The final finale stunt turned out to be one of the most dangerous stunts on the show in which contestants had to battle with a bus that was set on fire and suspended in the air over a body of water. The female contestant was tied up in the bus and her partner had to unlock her and set her free. The team then had to walk on the perifery of the bus with the help of rigged edges and window frames to reach the top of the bus. The duo finally had to reach for the 'Thums Up' bottle which was tied up at three feet above the ground. The female contestant had to lift her partner up in order to grab the bottle. They then had to jump into the water while holding on to the bottle and whichever team did it fast, won the show. 

Aarti Chhabria and Dhaval Thakur faced contestsant Mauli Dave and her partner in the finale stunt and emerged clear winners due to Dhaval's deft work with picking locks, a detail that did not miss Akshay Kumar's observation. He mentioned this to Dhaval asking him where he had learnt to pick locks so efficiently, to which Dhaval cheekily replied, "I got my inspiration from Tees Maar Khan!" The winning duo, however, had more than Dhaval's expertise with locks to thank for their performance. Aarti and her partner had had to leave the show as they were eliminated earlier in the show. Their come-back via a wild card entry clearly turned out to be their lucky charm earning them top honours on the show.

Talking about her triumph, Aarti exclaimed – “This victory is immensely important to me. I am absolutely elated about winning Khatron Ke Khiladi. The journey has been a blast! From all the stunts, to the different people that I have met, everything has been great. I feel blessed to have a partner like my Thunder Star Dhaval who stood by me through thick and thin. And how can I forget Akshay! He made sure even the most grueling tasks were made entertaining.”

“It has been a great experience for me and I am happy to have earned the title of Thunderstar and to be the new face of Thums Up along with Akshay Kumar” adds Dhaval Thakur after winning the Thunder Star title.

After overcoming all of this, Aarti walked away with the sparkling Khatron Ke Khiladi trophy and a handsomely rewarded cash prize. The Thunder star, Dhaval obviously wasn’t left far behind. He won a spanking new Mahindra Scorpio and an opportunity to star in a new Thums Up commercial with Akshay Kumar. Turns out this torchaar really proved to be lucky for this dynamic duo!
