Abercross Holdings invests £20 mn in B4U; Lakshmi Mittal divests his stake

Abercross Holdings has pumped in £20 million in investments in Bollywood music and movie channel network B4U Media. With this, Abercross Holdings has acquired a majority stake in the network. 

This development also sees UK-based Indian steel magnate Lakshmi Mittal divest his investment in B4U. 

Abercross is a London-based equity firm led by former England cricketer Alex Loudon, Andrew Woodhouse and Issam Hamid, who had served as the Chief Investment Officer with the Saudi Royal Family. 

B4U Media’s portfolio of channels includes B4U Music, B4U Movies, and B4U Aflam, which are present in more than 100 countries internationally.
