Abhishek Joshi quits MX Player as SVP & Business Head - SVOD

Abhishek Joshi has officially resigned from his role as SVP & Business Head - SVOD (Subscription Business) & Business Partnerships at MX Player. Abhishek joined MX Player back in 2018 as Head of Marketing & Business Partnerships. Later he was promoted to his current role in 2021.
Joshi has previously worked with Sony Pictures Network India as SVP and Head- Marketing, Subscription and Content Licensing- Digital business.

Prior to that, he was associated with Zenga Media as CEO, Max as Senior Manager, On-Air Presentation, Research and Strategy. Later, in 2011, he worked as Assistant Vice President, Marketing, with Sony Entertainment Television.
