Abhishek Roy joins Justdial as Head of Public Relations

India’s No.1 Local Search Engine Justdial has appointed Abhishek Roy as Head of Public Relations. 

Before joining Justdial, Roy was associated with Magicbricks for more than four years. He joined the company in 2017 as PR Manager and last served as Senior Communications Manager.

Roy is a Corporate Communications professional with 15 years of experience in PR and Journalism. He has created Communication strategies across a wide range of industries - Consumer Internet, Telecom, IOT, Broadcasting, OTT, Fintech, Entertainment, Sports and Real Estate and has diverse experience in building Thought Leadership, Policy Communications, and Crisis Communications across consumer internet, telecom and the broadcast industry.

Prior to this, he has also worked in the Corporate Communications functions at Aircel Limited and Star TV. Some of his notable works include, leading the PR strategy during the launch of Hotstar, successfully mitigating business crisis in Star TV and Aircel.
