ABP Network has been named one of Happyness.me's Happiest Places to Work for the year 2022, making it the first Indian news network to do so. ABP Network has been named one of the Happiest Places to Work by Happyness.me, a branch of House of Cheer Networks Pvt Ltd, in keeping with its goal to promoting a happier work atmosphere and fostering employee-centric people practises.

At ABP Network, Happyness.me successfully completed their flagship Satisfaction Assessment, allowing management to delve deep into the fundamental causes of workplace happiness. The neuroscience that underpins the Happyness.me framework measures not just what people think but also how they feel. The ABP Network's Happiness Quotient was significantly higher than the required level to be certified among the best.
