What was the thought or idea to start this organisation?
The idea behind starting this organisation was to utilise our creative skills and build a digital ecosystem of celebrities and influencers to help brands with the best of the solutions.
What are the five most productive things that you do in your everyday routine?
- Engaging in daily calls with our teams to understand their challenges and how we as an employer support them in the best ways possible.
- Keeping up with the constant changes in the digital industry so that we are updated, which helps in thinking creatively to suitably use the new technology.
Do you think a career in this field is a viable one in the long term?
I think every business has the potential to grow in the long term if you know how to innovate and bring change in your organisation with the changing environment. Another important aspect is making sure that your team members are aligned with your company goals, as they are the backbone of your organisation, also try to make a special bond with your team members so that they can also keep suggesting new ideas to grow.
What does it take to succeed in a career?
To be successful in any career one needs to be dedicated, Visionary, Hardworking, working as a team player and giving the liberty to each other and to believe in the work they are doing.
What would be your advice to youngsters planning to enter this industry?
My advice to the youngsters would be firstly to be their own self, believe in what they are doing and keep a balance of soft and hard skills. Our industry demands both, knowing the use of technology and using your personal skills to make strong connections in the society. If they can balance this out, then sky’s a limit.
Where do you see your organisation Voxxy Media in five years’ time?
Voxxy is one of the fastest growing social media companies in India in the last one year, and the pace that we are going with, we believe that we will be one of the top 3 social media agencies who would be owning a large chunk in the industry.
Is there any brand that you would like to associate with in the future?
To be honest, we want to work with all the brands across different categories. Additionally, we would like to explore all the industries and give our best solutions to them.
