Thomas Cook India Ltd., is all set to alter their popular "HolidayWallas' image, with its new campaign ' "Travel Smooth'. Thomas Cook's latest communication campaign "Travel Smooth' will address the pain points of travellers.

In an exclusive conversation with Adgully, Rakshit Desai, Executive Director, Thomas Cook (India), shared some insights on the campaign with us, he said, "Our new campaign "Travel Smooth' has been designed to alleviate pain points encountered by travelers- pre, during and post trip. The communication serves to reinforce the message of the ease of travelling with Thomas Cook."

Travel Smooth is launching an aggressive marketing and advertising campaign. Besides the print ads, they have introduced three new TVCs in this last week to promote the campaign. The Travel Smooth campaign is designed to serve as the platform for all integrated marketing initiatives spanning the diversity of the product- service portfolio of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd.

The three TVCs have been created by JWT India; the TVCs would deal with the common pain points of consumers as a part of the advertising campaign.

About the concept of new campaign

With the aim of providing effective and exceptional educational programmes for the travel and tourism industry, Centre of learning the educational wing of Thomas Cook (India) Limited, would organize special destination programmes for their trade partners and travel professionals. Recently, Centre of Learning has signed an agreement with Canadian Tourism Commission for Canada destination training programme. A series of workshops will also be conducted in Tier I and Tier II cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata on destination Canada by 2012.
