"Writing is a beautiful experience. It is a connection with your inner self, as well as with something bigger than yourself. When I write I am in a state of 'flow', fingers fly on the keyboard and what comes out is not a product of the brain alone but also of the heart," says Rashmi Bansal, a passionate writer, entrepreneur and a youth expert. Writing has always been her true passion and gives her a lot of joy and happiness. She has been writing since the age of 17.

Her first book, "Stay Hungry Stay Foolish'; a book in 8 languages, features stories of 25 MBAs pursuing the tough boulevard of entrepreneurship leaving behind their lucrative jobs whereas her second book, "Connect the Dots,' focuses non-MBA entrepreneurs. An author of two bestsellers, Stay Hungry Stay Foolish and Connect the Dots, has launched one more book "I Have a Dream' which features 20 idealists who think and act like entrepreneurs.

Rashmi Bansal in an exclusive chat with Adgully at Oxford bookstore during the book reading session of 'I Have A Dream' spoke about her zeal and her book.

'I have a dream, features the inspiring stories of 20 social entrepreneurs, both men and women who have found new solutions to old problems, in areas that affect us all as a society," sais Rashmi.

Further explaining the key highlights of her book, 'I Have a Dream', she said, "The book expands on the idea that you can do well and make profit. As this book features social entrepreneurs so you can read about the ventures as diverse as Super 30 (Sulabh Souchalay), and Parivartan (Arvind Kejriwal).

Her two books have been a bestseller and so when asked about the performance of the third version, she gladly told us that 'I have a dream' has been the number 1 non-fiction title in India since its release as per A C Nielsen retail books chart which tracks sales in bookshops across India. It is also at the number 1 position in Crossword and Landmark charts.

She is really proud and delighted of the fact that the readers have accepted a 'serious' subjected book so whole heartedly. According to Rashmi the new entrants should be positive, passionate, and patient.

While signing off she conclusively said, "Every entrepreneur has to struggle, has to be creative and determined. Even if you have no interest in becoming a social entrepreneur, each and every story in 'I have a dream' is highly inspiring and the thoughts are applicable for anything you choose. Secondly after reading 'I have a dream', I hope some of you would be motivated to do a little something for someone else. It may be a small donation of your time, effort or money. But remember, no act of giving is 'small' or 'big', it can always make a difference."
