#Adgully4um: Thought leadership for culture creation at A&M Cos

Several companies are taking steps to help employees and their families battle COVID-19. This includes reimbursing them for treatment costs if it exceeds insurance, time off to recover from the disease, create fully funded COVID-19 isolation centres, an insurance cover – in the event of demise of the employee the family will receive the full value of the cover, building in-house resources like telemedicine services, care-at-home services, virtual childcare and mental health support.

Companies are stepping up in many ways to help their employees tackle this difficult period. The Advertising and Media industry, which is highly oriented around a talented and skilled workforce, is also easing pressures and allowing the workforce a moment of respite in these difficult times.

Adgully has curated a thought leadership seminar as part of our Adgully4um Knowledge Series to highlight initiatives taken up by companies working in advertising and media to protect its biggest resources – its people.
