Aditya Maheshwari promoted as Director, Customer success in AppsFlyer

Aditya Maheshwari, former India head of customer success, at mobile marketing analytics and attribution platform AppsFlyer, has been promoted as the Director of customer success, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, India, and Australia.

As the Director, of customer success, he will lead the Customer Success Management division and will be reporting to the assistant vice president of customer success, APAC, Wenjun Ai and to the general manager, INSEA/ANZ, Sanjay Trisal.

The three foundational pillars of AppsFlyer's customer growth framework are business growth, customer success and team development, on the basis of which Maheshwari will supervise and train the teams presents in all the regions, in order to comprehend better what the customer wants, upgrade their experiences with the AppsFlyer products, ensuring the way towards customer success.

Maheshwari will be the team leader in several geographies defining the success path for consumers across accepted app categories which include edtech, food, drink, gaming, shopping, entertainment, and much more.
