After Aggie, Taproot Dentsu's Co-founder Santosh Padhi steps down

The top level exits continue at Dentsu India. The agency is currently undergoing a restructuring of its business operations as well as its top leadership. In a latest development, Santosh Padhi, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder, Taproot Dentsu, has moved on from the agency. Sources close to the development have confirmed the news to Adgully. Padhi's exit comes just days after his partner at Taproot Dentsu, Agnello Dias, moved out of the agency.

When Adgully reached out to Padhi on this development, he said, “The new leadership team at Taproot Dentsu sets the tone for the future of the agency. They are a talented bunch of minds and I am confident they will continue to drive Taproot Dentsu’s creative reputation going forward. I was lucky and blessed to have been showered with so much love and respect from the dentsu family over my wonderful 10-year-long journey. I preserve some beautiful memories, which will always be close to my heart. My best wishes to the young & dynamic network for their further journey."

As is known, Taproot was founded by Padhi and Dias, better known as Paddy and Aggie, in January 2009. The creative agency was acquired by Dentsu in 2012. Before setting up Taproot, Padhi was working as an Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett.
