After Netflix & Zomato, ITC Foods’ Bingo! joins the billboard banter

Billboard wars and witty banters in the outdoor advertising media is not a new phenomenon. The larger-than-life canvas offers brands an eye-catching medium to play out their messages.

In a latest instance, an unusual collaboration has been seen between Blinkit and Zomato, who twisted a dialogue from a Bollywood film for their billboard advertising.

Netflix wasn’t far behind, joining in on the fun, and the conversation extended beyond Blinkit, Zomato, and Netflix.

Now, ITC Foods’ snack brand Bingo! has answered with two creatives – “Nachos mangoge, Saath mein dip bhi denge” and “Snacks Mangoge, Madness denge”.

One may recall how much hyoed private airline brands – Jet Airways, Kingfisher Airlines and Go Air – had embarked on a witty billboard war in the metros circa 2007. It was a time when the Indian skies had opened up and private airlines were involved in a game of one-upmanship.
