AIPL ABRO pushes women to unleash their potential

Ltd, popularly recognized as AIPL ABRO is a key player in the Adhesive Tape Market has recently released an emotionally captivating CSR Programme title ‘Pehchaan Se Samman’.

This programme is all about giving employment to women who want to work but due to family and personal reasons cannot go to the office or continue their career. Observing this, MR AJIT GUPTA (MD) AIPL GROUP has taken this initiative to empower those women by providing them with the opportunity to work from home. Introduced by the name “PAHCHAN SE SAMMAN”, this campaign revolves around giving Identity to the women who did not think twice before putting their family before their career. MR. Gupta wants to give women, their own identity, i.e. their “PEHCHAN”

As the program goes, women would be making calls to potential clients, schedule appointments and coordinate. Another aspect to this is conduction of telephonic surveys and collection of customer feedback for the organisation.

This would not only enable women to earn but will also invigorate them to develop a skill set that will be useful to them on their journey ahead.

This is a great initiative proposed, planned and executed by AIPL ABRO, on Women’s Day to promote Women Empowerment. India needs more and more women to be independent and that is what AIPL ABRO is working towards.
