Amardeep Jha and Ishita Ganguly to enter Ishq Ka Rang Safed

COLORS’ show Ishq Ka Rang Safed has been entertaining audiences with its strong social message highlighting widow remarriage. The bold portrayal of characters has managed to make an impact on Indian television and strike a chord with the viewers. Taking the story ahead, Ishita Ganguly and Amardeep Jha will be seen entering the show to bring in interesting twists in the story going forward.

Veteran actress Amardeep Jha has been roped in to play the role of Dadi Bua (Dashrath Tripathi’s sister). She is a dynamic and strong headed lady willing to go to any length to ensure Viplav’s happiness. But, she does not like Dhani and decides to get Viplav re-married to a girl of her choice.

Well if this wasn’t enough, the story will also mark Kamini’s entry as a grey character set to deceive people with her shrewd wit and bubbly appearance. Kamini’s character will be portrayed by Ishita Ganguly who was last seen in COLORS’ family drama, Shastri Sisters. Young, beautiful, sensuous, clever, witty and full of spice, Kamini is determined to marry Viplav and will try her best create a rift between him and Dhani.

Commenting on her role as Dadi Bua, Amardeep said, “Portraying strong character roles on television have given me an opportunity to make an impact. Dadi Bua in Ishq Ka Rang Safed is another strong character with the ability to change the course of Viplav and Dhani’s life.
