Anandi regains no. 1 spot, Ram Kapoor storms to No. 5 in 'Characters India Loves'

According to Ormax Media's eighth edition of the quarterly study Characters India Loves (CIL), Anandi (Balika Vadhu) has returned to the No. 1 position on the list of the most favorite character on television, and Ram Kapoor from the newly launched Bade Achhe Lagte Hain on Sony enters the chart straight at No. 5.

Anandi had occupied the No. 1 position since the inception of CIL in August 2009 till its fifth edition in September 2010. She returns to the top after a gap of 10 months. Jethalal (Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma) and Akshara (Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai) are at No. 2 and 3 respectively. Priya from Bade Achhe Lagte Hain (Sony) enters the chart at No. 10.
