Ankita Bhargava & Sandit Tiwari to essay new roles in Crime Patrol!

Crime Patrol, one of the most rated crime shows on Sony TV will now have new faces from the television industry for its unsolved cases.

Ankita Bhargava who was last seen in the show ‘Dekha Ek Khwab’, will now be seen in the character of a police officer.  This is not the first time she is seen working in Crime Patrol since she has previously  portrayed the role of a senior police inspector who investigates cyber crime cases in the concerned show.

Whereas for Sandit Tiwari who recently did a cameo for Sony’s show Anamika, made his first appearance in the episode of Crime Patrol show which was aired last Friday. He portrayed the role of a man from a Muslim background who falls for a Hindu girl. Their relationship unaccepted by their family leads to the girl’s murder.
Sources have also confirmed that  apart from being in an episode of Crime Patrol Tiwari has also shot a promo for a social awareness campaign which is due to be aired on the channel soon.

With actors from daily soaps making their move towards crime based shows this proves the fact that the crime genre too is  going the positive way and grabbing eyeballs of not only viewers but actors too.
