Atmantan celebrates International Yoga Day 2020 with #WhyForYoga

On the account of International Yoga Day 2020, Atmantan Wellness Centre has taken an initiative to share some inspirational Yoga journeys via #WhyForYoga. Through this Yoga Series, they aim to equip one and all to take better care of their physical and mental health.

Yoga is an ancient practice with origins stretching back thousands of years in India. It is designed to help achieve a more positive outlook on life and a focused, permanent sense of serenity and peace. The idea behind #WhyForYoga is to understand why one started practicing Yoga, why one practices it right now and in what way it has changed their life. With this Atmantan intends to share the inspiring stories of their beloved guests and Yoga practitioners as testimonies to create awareness and spread the word, why one should adapt Yoga as a lifestyle.

#WhyForYoga stars 7 beautiful souls from different walks of life sharing their experience and Yoga journey naming,

  • Aastha Atray, a Journalist, Author and Poet.
  • Rupal Sidhpura Faria, a Celebrity Yoga Trainer
  • Aparrna Gupta, Beauty and Wellness Journalist
  • Tanushree and Devashree a.k.a. TheGluttonAndTheOwl, a full time Travel and Lifestyle bloggers
  • Mandavi Jaiswal, mother of two and Travel & Mommy blogger
  • Reema Vengurlekar, a Yoga expert and trainer
  • Geeta Rao, Beauty and Wellness writer

Nikhil Kapur, Founder Director of Atmantan Wellness Centre said, ‘It is always amazing to hear life stories from people as they are some in the other way very relatable. With #WhyForYoga we wanted to spread the word of the importance of Yoga for all. No matter the age or profession, adapting Yoga as a lifestyle helps to attain peace and calmness’.

Atmantan is grateful to all for sharing their experiences as we celebrate International Yoga Day 2020.
