Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya ends on a happy note

Eyes welled up, warm hugs were exchanged and pictures were taken when the team of Zee TV’s popular show Aur Pyaar Ho gaya celebrated their last day of shoot. … within weeks of the show’s launch, the affable and much adored jodi of Raaj and Avni became a part of everyone’s lives ...After braving obstacles that destiny threw their way, the star-crossed lovers finally unite, calling a truce between their warring families. The last episode of the show will air on 2nd December making way for the Zee TV’s new offering Satrangi Sasural at 10pm.

Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya is a coming-of-age story that has beautifully captured its lead couple Raaj-Avni’s journey of discovering each other, accepting their differences, denying their feelings for each other and falling in love, only to realize that their families are at loggerheads. The last leg of the show has seen their families reconciling their misgivings over a dark secret from the past and moving on to let the lovebirds finally unite! With several interesting twists and turns in their love story, the show has also witnessed some popular faces of television like Rukhsar Rehman and Vinay Jain who joined the ensemble cast that includes two fresh faces as its leads - Mishkhat Varma & Kanchi Singh along with veterans like Reena Kapoor & Rajeev Singh.

Kanchi Singh (Avni) said, "It was a wonderful journey along with the entire cast and our producer Rajan (Shahi) sir. I am surely going to miss everyone and the time we spent together on the sets. On the last day, we cut a cake on the sets and we relived the good times.”

Mishkat Varma as Raj says, “Honestly speaking, it is yet to sink in that my show is coming to an end but I guess all good things eventually do. Life goes on and I’m hoping there’s something great is in store for me. My journey on the show has been a constant learning experience. Every day I learnt something from my director, my co-actors, my producer and I’ve only gained throughout my stint in Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya. One thing I’ll really remember is the mock shoot we did before the show started. Rajan Shahi sir had quite an extensive mock shoot that went on for days and days. That was one of the best parts of my journey. For now, I plan to work on myself, groom myself as an actor. But I’ll miss working with this unit a lot for sure.”

Aur Pyaar Ho gaya will be replaced by the new show Satrangi Sasural from 3rdDecember, Monday to Friday at 10 pm only on Zee TV
