BAG Films wants to use GDR to raise revenue
BAG Films, which has a multi business group is planning up to $30 million by way of global depository receipts (GDR) or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB).
BAG Films Ltd has broadcasting, television production and radio businesses in its kitty. According to the reports, the money raised will be used for the further expanison plans.
BAG runs two TV news channels News24 and E24, TV production house Studio 24 and seven radio channels under the brand name Dhamaal 24.
