Bajaj Finserv Ltd appoints Anish P. Amin as President - Group Assurance

Bajaj Finserv Ltd announces the appointment of Anish P. Amin, as President - Group Assurance, Risk and M&A.

Anish, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, was previously a senior partner at Dalal & Shah (a member of the PwC International Network). He has over 31 years of experience, including as a partner of Pricewaterhouse India for the last 10 years. He was a part of the assurance practise at Pricewaterhouse India and handled a practise comprising of wide ranging businesses including manufacturing, trading, media, finance and insurance. He was also their sector leader for the Insurance industry.

Anish has expertise in the areas of compliance with accounting standards, company law matters and general regulatory frameworks.

Anish will take charge of his new position from the 4th of February 2019.
