BARC Wk 40: Zee Anmol continues lead; Dangal TV makes a re-entry, again

BARC ratings for Week 40 (September 29 – October 5th) [HSM (U+R): NCCS All : 2+ Individuals] saw Zee Anmol continue to lead the Hindi GECs space in Rural+Urban. This week saw some sharp gains across channels the only decline was Colors though Naagin -3 was the most watched show. Dangal TV has made an entry at NO 9 this week. Radha Krushna makes its entry at NO 3 as the most watched show.  

Zee Anmol registered huge gains this week and continued the Numero Uno status. Zee Anmol garnered a gross viewership of 832,081 compared to 775,521, recorded last week. ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ slipped to No. 4 this week with 12,814 (000) Impressions.  

Star Utsav, which had climbed up a notch to No. 2 last week, continued in this position in Week 40 as well, garnering a gross viewership of 827,178 a further increase from 730,938 recorded last week.  

Star Bharat, moved a notch up to be in the No 3 this week. The channel garnered a gross viewership of 763,552 an increase from 652,806recorded last week. The new show ‘Radha Krushna’ entered as the most watched show on Hindi GEC in Rural+Urban at No. 3 with 13017 (000) Impressions. 

Star Plus slipped to No 4 garnering a gross viewership of 700,178 a huge increase from 674,836, recorded in Week 39. 

Zee TV’s Moved two notches up to be No. 5 this week, garnering a gross viewership of 689,810 an increase from 613,238, recorded last week. ‘Kundali Bhagya’ was up a notch to the second spot this week with 13,246 (000) Impressions. Marquee show, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, continued at No. 5 with 10,534 (000) Impressions.  

Sony Pal, slipped to the sixth spot this week. Though the channel saw an increase in its gross viewership to685,364 from 645,457 in Week 40. 

Colors, slipped to No 7 in Week 40. The channel recorded a gross viewership of 6614,371 a decline from 634,604 recorded last week. Colors’ prime property, ‘Naagin 3’, continued as the most watched show in Hindi GECs in Rural+Urban, at 14,641 (000) Impressions. .  

Sony Entertainment Television remained at No. 8 this week, registering a gross viewership of 610,660 an increase from 594,293, recorded in Week 39. 

Dangal TV made an entry again at NO 9 in Week 40, garnering a gross viewership of 465,992. 

Sony SAB  slipped to No 10 in Week 40, garnering a gross viewership of448,184 a decline from  456,625, recorded last week.
