BBH's Arvind Krishnan and Leo Burnett's Prajato Guha Thakurta announce Manja

Arvind Krishnan, former MD of BBH India, and Prajato Guha Thakurta, former national creative director of Leo Burnett India, have launched a new firm to help businesses succeed in a "post-digital future." According to a LinkedIn post, the firm, Manja, was founded on the realisation that "with decision-making becoming multipolar, brand systems and marketing programmes have a lot of catching up to do." Between 2009 to 2012, Krishnan worked as a brand partner at BBH India before relocating to the agency's London office for a year. He was previously the managing director of BBH India.

Thakurta began working with Leo Burnett in 2014. He's also collaborated with JWT, McCann, and DDB Mudra.

"We are constructing Manja on the notion that when strong personnel gives great attention to challenges, good solutions arise," Krishnan added. Manja is an excellent metaphor for what we hope to do. A string capable of holding things together yet also cutting through."
