Bedraj Tripathy quits as Godrej Interio CMO; to start his own venture

After a stint of close to seven years, Bedraj Tripathy, AVP & CMO, Integrated Marketing at Godrej Interio, has put in his papers. He was part of the Divisional Management Committee at Godrej and headed brands such as #CuisineRegāle, #U&US and #IndiaCircus as AVP – Integrated Marketing (B2B and B2C for both, products and services). 

Confirming the news to Adgully, Tripathy said, “It was a good experience working with Godrej. With the entrepreneurial bug in me, I want to start something of my own in the retail and technology space, and hence, the move.” 

Tripathy, who has over two decades of industry experience, has been in the integrated marketing direct and interactive marketing and communications space for half his career, during which he had headed the largest direct and interactive venture of #FCBUlka (now Draft FCB Ulka), and #Urja. 

He was also recognised as ‘Game Changers’ in Marketing by WCRC in 2014 and Digital Marketer of the Year 2015-16 by IAMAI.
