BharatMatrimony announces India's most admired couples 2021
On the occasion of Matrimony Day, April 14th, a day for couples to celebrate the magic of their marriage, BharatMatrimony released the Most Admired Indian Couples 2021 survey findings, which had more than 6000 participants.
A whopping 26% chose Sachin Tendulkar-Anjali and Virat Kohli-Anushka as the most successful celebrity couple, closely followed by MS Dhoni and Sakshi.
Top Sports couple: Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap (38%) and Dinesh Karthik and Dipika Pallikal (34%).
Top Movie couple: Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone and South Indian star couple Surya and Jyothika.
Top Business couple: Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani and Narayana and Sudha Murthy.
Top TV couple: Ram Kapoor and Gautami Gadgil; Vivek Dahiya and Divyanka Tripathi, and Sanjeev Karthick and Alya Manasa.
Key qualities that participants loved about these celebs? 39% cited the couple’s “understanding” as the most important reason to admire them, while 34% said they liked the couple’s “respect for each other”.
