Bhaskar Das quits Republic Media as Chief Strategy Officer

Bhaskar Das has resigned as Chief Strategy Officer of Republic Media Network, according to media sources.  

In 2019, he joined Republic Media Network as Group President, and in September 2020, he was promoted to CSO.

Das formerly held the position of President of the Times of India Group. He started as a trainee with TOI in 1980 and rose through the ranks to become Head of Advertising and Sales in Gujarat, Sales Head of the Eastern Region in Kolkata, Gujarat Profit Center Head, and Director Response (Ad Sales). In 2005, he was elected President and a member of the TOI Board of Directors.

He has also served as the Executive President of the Dainik Bhaskar Group and the Group CEO of Zee Media Network.
