BLUED India takes a step to spread awareness about HIV

With a commitment to foster a well aware and educated community social networking app for the GBTQI community Blued India has the launch of a new in-app feature which will help spread information on HIV prevention groups. As an ode to the NGOs that are helping break the stigma around HIV, Blued India on World Aids Day (Dec. 1, 2021) announced that through its app it will combine online and offline resources to make HIV testing, counseling and treatment more accessible.

Through this feature, Blued will help users connect with  NGOs across India to get more information on HIV at the convenience of a click. Organizations that are verified by Blued will receive in-app and social media support  to provide their services within their region, boosting their visibility as well as  awareness of preventative action. Users can directly contact these organizations to  receive counseling, book appointments for HIV testing, access to PrEP and PEP and  home kit deliveries, and more.

Globally, provides critical HIV-related services to the app’s 6+ million monthly active users in 170 countries and regions around the world.
