Britannia appoints Rajneet Kohli as CEO, promotes Varun Berry

Britannia Industries has appointed Rajneet Kohli as chief executive officer and executive director, and elevated Varun Berry to the post of executive vice chairman.
Kohli will take over the position from September 26, 2022 and will report to Varun Berry, the company said in a BSE filing.
Kohli has held many senior roles in his 25-year-long career. He has been associated with renowned companies like Asian Paints and Coca-Cola. He joins Britannia from Jubilant FoodWorks.
