  1. Indian real estate is predicted to grow to a market size of $1 trillion by 2030. How do you think the real estate brokerage industry will fare in the future?

Neha Kapur- 99% of all successful real estate deals are done through a broker. Buyers and brokers are adopting technology and various tech platforms for searching, but in spite of the same, the industry is still working in traditional ways. Adoption of technology is the only way to reach a $1 trillion market. With millennials and generation Z joining the brokerage industry, the demand for better tech platforms and tools will increase.

2.What sets you apart from your competitors?

Neha Kapur- Brokers' pain points are not properly considered by online portals and technological tools. To execute one sale, industry experts must utilise and pay for several platforms, from listing an offer to generating leads, CRM software, digital marketing, etc. A broker seeks a tool with a comprehensive solution. That's where BroBazaar comes in—from lead generation to transaction completion successfully at a one-stop shop.

3. Although, the idea behind BroBazaar is unique in the Indian real estate market, what are the few challenges and opportunities that the company is currently facing?

Neha Kapur- Our major obstacles are spreading the word to brokers and home builders and raising brand awareness. It is a tremendously fragmented and disorganized enterprise. It is difficult to contact brokers and builders since there is no government database or directory. Due to their traditionally cynical outlook, it also takes a lot of persuasion to convince people to accept technology and abandon conventional traditions.

4. The BroBazaar app sure seems like a very new concept. Can you please tell us what kind of reactions have you received from your users—both the brokers and the homebuyers?

Neha Kapur - We are the only digital marketplace that empowers industry professionals by streamlining the process of real estate transactions. Both the builders and the brokers stand to gain directly from this. After everything is said and done, the ultimate winner is the purchaser or real estate investor.

5. Is there any major news or developments in your company that you would like to reveal to our readers?

Neha Kapur - In the last month, we have facilitated 90 transactions for our brokers on our platform, which is a significant amount given that these are high-value real estate transactions. Instant matches are provided for the transactions offered by the brokers through our AI-based matchmaking.

6. What goals have you set for the company now that the team has been boosted by the addition of actor Rajiv Gupta and three real estate developers?

Neha Kapur- Within the next two years, we intend to expand BroBazaar throughout all of India before going global. We have selected a number of international locations, like Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and others, where the real estate brokerage sector is enormous and where BroBazaar can make a significant contribution. The addition of Mr. Rajiv Gupta and the top developers highlights our credibility and motivates us to keep enhancing our platform and live up to the confidence they have put in us.
