We had a wonderful break at the StayVista property, Vintage Hideaway in Goa, a century-old heritage estate with all the modern conveniences. This villa, designed in the style of the Portuguese Renaissance, is one of the 500 villas hosted by StayVista. Once inside Vintage Hideaway, you'll be able to instantly connect with the decor and sense its old-school allure. All of the villa's historic monuments including the poster beds, wooden cabinets, tiles, and rugs transported us back to the classic Portuguese era. Meanwhile, all the conveniences you'd expect from a place of this calibre in the current era are actually provided. Air conditioning, television, wireless internet access, a wardrobe, hangers, an iron, a torch, geysers, towels, toilet paper, medical supplies, mosquito spray, games, a bar, a library, a pool, and secure parking for at least four cars are all part of the package.

The employees at the villa greeted us with warm smiles and coconut water as soon as we checked in, which was a lovely touch. We rested for a while and then set out to explore the surroundings. There are a total of 5 baths and 4 bedrooms at Vintage Hideaway, with 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms located on the first floor. The property is spacious enough for a family reunion with ten or twelve people. The best thing is that the property allows pets. Even though the caretaker isn't present throughout, he or she can be easily reached via phone.

There is plenty of space in the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms. The large green lawn and unique swimming pool make it easy to organise and carry out your evening plans. A gas stove, fridge, water purifier, toaster, and mixer-grinder are all available in the kitchen. As a group, you can use the kitchen to cook your own meals at no extra cost. We did the same, and the facilities provided, including the glassware, cutlery, and cooking utensils, were all of very high quality. The bedroom's view of the woods was its best feature. The atmosphere was quite pleasant.

Speaking of meals, guests can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options at this facility. Naturally, the crew cooked delicious, varied, and abundant meals that satisfied everyone's appetites.

The venue's location is superb, making it convenient for visitors to arrive by car, train, or plane. The neighbourhood had an airy feel because of the tranquil rivers, singing birds, and lapping waves that surrounded it. We had a lot of fun swimming, playing cards, carrom, and ludo, and taking a peaceful walk to look at nature.

The adjacent Candolim Beach, Anjuna Market, Fort Aguada Lighthouse, and Grand 7 Casino are just a few of the sights and activities that will make your trip to Goa one to remember.

My time at StayVista's Vintage Hideaway was very remarkable. We had a great time, but the streamlined experience we had with StayVista has us eager to explore more of their locations across the country.
