Cannes Lions 2012: Taproot's "I am Mumbai" shortlisted in Film Lions!
The shortlists in the films category have been announced at the 59th Cannes Festival. Taproot India’s film called “I am Mumbai’ has made it to the Film Lions category this year. It is the only Indian entry to make it to the list.
The campaign was created by Taproot for Bennett, Coleman & Co. The film which is based on Mumbai has also been shot on the streets of Mumbai. The message behind the campaign was to illustrate how the publication voices the opinions of the ordinary citizen who suffers the brunt of a complex system. This nomination has raised a lot of expectations for India’s run for the metal in the category.
